Julian Davies A.C.A Partner Julian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. Since then he has spent over 22 years working in marketing services in a range of large and small businesses such as TBWA, BBH, Skive Group, Naked Communications and the Hill Murray Group. As a co founder of Redfin in 2005 with Colleen Armstrong he provides strategic commercial advice to SME’s and privately owned businesses, from inception through to business growth and eventual exit by the owners.	Colleen Armstrong Partner Colleen has worked in the marketing services sector for over 20 years, starting with PR giant Shandwick (where her skills in credit management were covered in PR Week) and giving her 8 years experience and understanding of the complexities of the industry. Since then she has added Digital Media, Advertising and Sales Promotions agencies to her portfolio before establishing Redfin in 2005 with Julian Davies. Colleen oversees all aspects of financial management, ensuring our clients continue to be strategic, competitive and progressive.
Heather Scales MCIPD HR Director Heather heads up our HR Consultancy and has over 20 years specialist experience providing a professional and pragmatic HR service at senior level. By working within the creative and design businesses of Glaxo and more recently in the Marcoms sector, her varied experience ensured she has an extensive knowledge of a broad range of HR activities including Reward, Relations, Development and Resourcing.	Clare Sims BSC (Hons) Senior Accountant Clare has comprehensive experience in both financial and management accounting, having spent many years working in agencies such as BBH and GGT. Her direct experience of most roles, involved in the functioning of a finance department make her ideally placed to oversee and advise in all aspects of financial reporting and accounting. She is a natural communicator and team player, with the ability to provide effective strategy and management in overseeing the day to day requirements of running a finance department.
Julie Crane Senior Financial Director Julie began working in Finance within the marketing services sector in 1989, experiencing a number of roles including Finance Director at Harrison Troughton Wunderman as well as Craik Jones Advertising. She has a wealth of strategic and group board level experience and since joining Redfin in 2008 provides our clients with a part time finance director function as well as carrying out financial and commercial consultancy.	Jane O'Gorman Financial Director Jane trained as an accountant with Littlejohn Frazer in the Docklands before joining Christies International in St James – firstly as Deputy to the UK Chief Accountant and then as Deputy to the Group Chief Accountant. Three and a half years on, she moved to Paris to take up the role of European Management Accountant for Cotradip SA, a subsidiary of TDG Plc. Later she joined Booker Plc in London, as Audit Manager and then as Deputy to the Group Chief Accountant in Victoria. Following the birth of twins, she took a break from city life and started to work as a consultant within a mix of roles ranging from preparing accounts for a local practice to managing a Manor House in Burgundy. She joined Redfin at the start of 2011 and provides senior level consultancy to a number of our clients.
